Skin rejuvenation at Rollo House covers two connected areas, first, the removal of specific skin imperfections (skin tags, thread veins, milia, benign lesions), and second, laser and light-based facials such as the Carbon Laser Facial and Dermalux LED that resurface, brighten and calm the whole complexion.
Who it's for
For anyone with a specific skin lesion they'd like removed cleanly, and for anyone with dull, congested, uneven or reactive skin who wants clinical treatment rather than another moisturiser. Also excellent as a course between facials for compounding results.
When to book it
Skin imperfection removal any time, as a one-off appointment. Carbon Laser Facials work as a single reset before an event or, more powerfully, as a course of 6 across 6–12 weeks. Dermalux LED as often as weekly during a skin recovery block.

Skin Tag Removal, £65 (15 mins) / £80 (30 mins)
Small benign skin tags removed cleanly, face, neck, underarms, torso. Booked in 15-minute or 30-minute slots depending on how many are being treated. Most heal in 1–2 weeks with no visible mark.
Thread Vein Removal, £50 (15 mins) / £80 (30 mins)
Fine thread veins on the face, around the nose and cheeks are the most common, treated with precise energy delivery that closes off the vessel. Multiple sessions may be needed for extensive areas. Not appropriate for larger varicose veins, which require medical referral.
Milia and Benign Lesion Removal, £60
Milia (the small white bumps often clustered around the eyes) and other small benign lesions removed with the correct clinical approach, never squeezed at home.
General Skin Imperfections Removal, £120
A longer, more comprehensive appointment for clients with multiple imperfections to clear in one visit, a full-face reset rather than a one-lesion appointment.
Carbon Laser Facial, £80 single / £380 for 6
A dedicated laser skin treatment where a fine layer of carbon is applied to the skin and then targeted with a specific laser that vaporises the carbon, taking dead skin cells, oil and surface debris with it. Deeply exfoliates, refines pore appearance, brightens tone and stimulates a subtle collagen response, all with no downtime beyond mild pinkness. A course of 6 stacks these effects into visible, lasting change.
Dermalux LED, £15 add-on / £20 standalone
Medical-grade LED light therapy that calms inflammation, supports collagen and helps skin recover. Excellent after microneedling, Carbon Laser Facials or a stressful skin week. Weekly LED during a skin recovery block genuinely accelerates results.

Are treatments safe on all skin tones?+
The Carbon Laser Facial and Dermalux LED are widely suitable. Skin imperfection removal is assessed lesion by lesion. We'll always match approach to your skin at consultation.
Do you remove moles?+
No, moles and any suspicious lesion belong with your GP or a dermatologist. We only remove clearly benign skin tags, milia and small imperfections.
How many Carbon Laser Facials do I need?+
A single session gives a real one-off boost, great before an event. A course of 6 spaced across 6–12 weeks is where you'll see meaningful, cumulative improvement in tone, texture and radiance.
Can I do Carbon Laser Facials alongside microneedling?+
Yes, with appropriate spacing, usually alternating weeks. We'll sequence a plan around your skin and any life events on the calendar.
Is thread vein removal permanent?+
The vessels we close don't reopen. New thread veins can appear over time due to sun exposure, alcohol, rosacea or genetics, hence the value of ongoing skin care and SPF.
Is your clinic HIS registered?+
