The terms that apply when you book, attend or purchase treatments at Rollo House. Last updated July 2026.
About us
Rollo House is an independent clinic at Longniddry Steadings, Longniddry, East Lothian. The building holds Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) registration and the business is fully insured through Insync.
Consultations
All new laser, electrolysis and skincare treatments begin with a consultation. Where required, we carry out a patch test before your first treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if a consultation or patch test shows it would not be safe or appropriate.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are made by phone or email. If you cannot attend, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else. Our current deposit and cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are correct at the time of publication. Actual pricing for your treatment course will be confirmed in writing at your consultation.
Results
Every person responds differently to laser, electrolysis and skincare treatments. We give honest, evidence-based expectations based on clinical experience dating back to 1988, but we do not guarantee specific results and we do not promise permanent removal beyond what current guidance supports.
Under 18s
Laser, tattoo removal and intimate treatments are offered to adults only. Some other treatments may be available to clients aged 16–17 with a parent or guardian present, please ask.
Aftercare
Following the written aftercare given at your appointment is part of the treatment. Where aftercare is not followed, we cannot be responsible for outcomes that result.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, please contact Alexa directly on 07923 105 018 or by email. We take every complaint seriously and will respond in writing within 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
