What we collect
Enquiry form details (name, phone, email, treatment interest, message), consultation notes required for safe treatment (skin type, relevant medical history, contraindications), and appointment records.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to plan and safely deliver your treatments, to keep the clinical records our profession and insurers require, and to contact you about appointments you've booked.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for enquiries and marketing communications, on contract for delivering treatments you've booked, and on legitimate interest and legal obligation for keeping treatment records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary, with our insurers (Insync) in the event of a claim, with regulators such as Healthcare Improvement Scotland where legally required, and with any healthcare professional you ask us to speak to on your behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Clinical treatment records are held for the period required by our professional and insurance obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we're not required to keep it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
